Shipping & Returns
We ship from Australia and aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is sent, you’ll receive tracking details by email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. Under ACL, a business can set its own change-of-mind policy, but it cannot override consumer guarantee rights for goods that are faulty, unsafe, significantly different from description, or otherwise fail consumer guarantees.
